Omniyat The Pad is a high-rise residential complex located on the banks of a water channel in Dubai’s Business Bay district. The project was commissioned in 2021. The 25-storey skyscraper has a 6.5-degree incline and a modern façade that was built using an abundance of glass. The tower has a podium with a gym and a swimming pool.
